Henry and I were very happy to see the humans come back today. They were gone for such a long time, and Henry kept eating all our food and causing mayhem. He was getting on my last nerve! I was his only source of entertainment, and he bothered me day and night, day and night! Once in a while, people came in to leave food for us and to otherwise putter around the house, but I didn't go near them. I don't trust strangers. They are always up to no good in my book. I hear there are humans that eat cats, and how am I to know which are inclined to do so? It's been my experience that most humans are out to get me, so I just hide. It's safe and comfy in my undisclosed location.I like Lisa the best and she came home and she was in the kitchen cooking, so I got to hang out and watch her. Then I got to hang out and watch her on the computer, and I sat in her lap for a while. She likes to pet me, and sometimes I enjoy that. She picked me up several times when they got home and she hugged me. I didn't really like that, but I made do. She tried to brush me too, but I drew the line there. None of that!
So things are back to normal and I am so glad. I hate change and disturbances. I like having the humans around. They feed me and keep me safe, and they give Henry two other sources of entertainment, which is a GOOD thing.
