Happy Hallieween

I hope everyone has a happy halloween today! Me, I'll be safe in my undisclosed location. You never know who might come banging on that door and I don't trust any of them! Henry can greet the guests. He likes that sort of thing.

fleas suck

hi guys!! i am so sad that i haven't gotten to post lately. the door to the office is shut more often lately. i am sad about that. lisa hasn't been home. she used to be home more in the morning and then on friday so i could sneak on the computer and type, type, type. but she gets up real early these days and leaves every weekday. they leave the door to the office shut so we can't get in there when they are not home. i don't know why they don't trust us in there. we really love the plants in there. they are tasty and we've only knocked them over about two or three times. what's wrong with that?!

so anyway, lisa hasn't been home much because she says she is working more so she can earn more money to buy us cat food. cat food must be expensive!

last weekend, lisa put hallie in the halliecab and took her away. she said hallie had to go to the V-E-T. apparently she goes there every october, which is funny because she is named after halloween and the V-E-T is a scary place, at least that's what hallie tells me. but i can't really take her seriously because she's scared of everything. anyway, they came back from the V-E-T and lisa took hallie into the office and shut the door and then she came and grabbed me and put some nasty cold wet stuff on the back of my neck. ugh! i did not like it. lisa said it was for fleas and it was for my own good. somehow fleas got into the house and they got on hallie and me. i didn't really notice that they were on me, but hallie did not like them at all. they made her itch and itch and lick and lick until she'd licked a whole bunch of hair off her belly and part of her tail and legs. i had noticed that she's been looking a little funny. lisa says she's allergic to fleas. i must not be. they've been having a party in my fur and i didn't even know it! they should have at least invited me to the party. fleas suck.

it's starting to get colder around here. we've been looking for the warm spots. i look at lisa with big eyes, hoping that she'll sit on the futon so i can sit in her lap. i love to sit in her lap. she doesn't sit still much, though, which is a bummer. chris sits still more often in pink chair watching football, but I like lisa's lap better. that makes them mad. lisa tells me i should love dad. he feeds me- i like him alright.

anyway, i'm hungry and it's dinner time. time to go!!!!

we're back!

Hi everyone. We haven't posted in a long time because we were taking naps, and then Henry spilled water on the keyboard and we were out of commission for a while. Then some bad human left nasty comments on one of Lisa's web places, which made her lock everything down. I don't blame her. People are scary. I don't like them at all. Everytime I hear a person I don't recognize, I high tail it to my undisclosed location. For a day or so, Lisa was there too, and it was crowded, especially with that old fat man in there. He's there a lot. I don't like that he's there, but he tells me that if I am a patriot, then I should accept his presence there. He's kind of scary, but I feel safe in my undisclosed location, and he does too, so we have to share. Don't you think he is a little scary?

Okay, maybe more than a little scary. But the Chris one assures me that he will be going away soon. I hope he is right!

We haven't been up to much. It's getting colder and we have been wanting to snuggle more. Tonight Lisa was watching "The Deadliest Catch" on Netflix DVD and I got in her lap and let her pet me until I turned upside down. It was niiiccce. Lisa told us that she has a real job now and has to go away every day during the week all day. She says she has to go so she can buy cat food. Cat food must be expensive. We miss her in the mornings. She says she misses us too. Oh well, I do like to eat, so I guess it's good she's going to earn money to feed us.
